This mountain biking session is the perfect for any member of the family who wants to learn the fundamentals of mountain biking including body position, braking, cornering and more. Come and join us in a safe and non-intimidating environment.
Riders should be comfortable on a bike with good basic bike handling skills.
Children’s involvement in this session is at their parents’ discretion. The recommendation is for children 8 years and over. Please consider your child’s ability to engage physically and socially with the group. All children must be accompanied by parent or support personnel. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the start of the session.
You can bring your own bike or hire a free bike at the session. Please bring your own helmet.
